De Paste am vrut neaparat sa fac, pe langa cozonac si pasca, o prajitura. Evident cu ciocolata. :))) Fiind depasita de treburi am cumparat foile neavand timp si de ele. N-as putea spune ca m-au dat pe spate :)) aceste foi, dar pentru atunci cand nu ai timp si esti in viteza sunt o alternativa valabila.
Daca dispuneti de timp, spatiu si chef :)) recomand foile de la prajitura cu ciocolata si lapte condensat.
4 foi de pandispan
Pentru crema:
200 g ciocolata amaruie
250 ml frisca lichida
250 g mascarpone
50 g nuca macinata
1 lingura cacao neagra
1 lingura zahar
2 linguri lapte fierbinte
esenta de rom
Ciocolata si frisca le punem intr-un vas la foc mic. Cand a ajuns la punctul de fierbere dam deoparte si omogenizam. Dam vasul la frigider pentru vreo 2 ore. Puteti folosi si congelatorul, astfel reducand considerabil timpul de preparare al cremei.
Nuca macinata o amestecam cu zaharul si cacaoa. Omogenizam apoi turnam laptele fierbinte. Daca mai e nevoie mai adaugam 1-2 linguri lapte, atat cat sa obtinem o crema groasa.
Mascarponele il mixam, apoi incorporam crema de ciocolata racita, putin cate putin. Adaugam si crema de nuca, amestecand usor. Aromam cu esenta de rom dupa gust.
Crema obtinuta o impartim in 4 si o repartizam pe cele 4 foi de pandispan, suprapunandu-le. Prajitura o dam la rece pentru cateva ore, apoi se portioneaza.

Cake with sheets sponge and chocolate

Because I was very busy, I buy some sheets sponge. They are not very good but I make my “business” .If you have time,space and if you wish that I recommend sheets sponge from Chocolate and condensed milk cake
4 sheets sponge
For cream:
200 g of bittersweet chocolate
250 ml whipped cream
250 g mascarpone
50 g ground walnuts
1 spoon of black cocoa
1 spoon of sugar
2 spoons of hot milk
rum essence
Put the chocolate and the whipped cream into a pot at a small fire. When it boil remove the pot and mixed until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Ground walnuts with black cocoa and sugar are blend with hot milk. If you need put extra milk for a thick cream.
Mixed mascarpone, after we incorporate cold chocolate cream very easy. After, we incorporate walnuts cream, mixed easy. Put rum essence.
We divide the new cream in 4 parts and we lay by sheets dough.Put the cake at cold for a few hours, after cut it.
